Getting Married at Crofton Church

All Saints’ is a beautiful setting for a wedding — a 15th-century stone church perched on one of the highest points in Crofton, with stunning views and natural light throughout the day.

We warmly welcome couples who wish to marry here, whether or not you regularly attend church.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.”

Whether you’re a regular churchgoer or have never set foot inside a church before, please do get in touch — there’s no judgement here, only a warm welcome.

What is baptism?

Baptism is the sacrament of welcome into the Christian family. Water is poured or sprinkled as a sign of being washed clean and beginning a new life. For babies, parents and godparents make promises on the child’s behalf. Older children and adults make their own promises.

Godparents: Godparent(s) must be a baptised Christian. If you’re not sure whether someone qualifies, just ask us — we’re happy to help.

Renewing Your Vows

Renewing your marriage vows is a beautiful way to mark a milestone anniversary, celebrate a new chapter, or simply reaffirm your love and commitment to one another.

Unlike a legal wedding, a vow renewal is a service of blessing — which means there are no legal eligibility requirements. Any couple, married anywhere in the world, is welcome to renew their vows at All Saints’.

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
