The TLC team is a group of caring volunteers who bring love and support directly into the heart of our community. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most — a friendly chat, a listening ear, or simply sharing a brew with someone who might be feeling lonely.
TLC is about being there in the everyday moments that matter most. From sitting with an elderly neighbour to offering a hand of friendship, we’re here to remind people that they’re never alone.
